Amansala Resort, Tulum

My experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. The facilities were nice, and the beach was beautiful, but I found the rooms small and quite dark, making it less than ideal for relaxation. The service could be improved as well, as I felt unwelcome at times, and the overall atmosphere catered more to specific guest groups rather than all visitors. However, the retreat activities were engaging and well-organized, which was a highlight of my stay.
